Our dad, Alan Checca, has supported our community for over 20 years with volunteer work. Now he needs your help. Our dad suffers from end-stage renal disease and is in need of a kidney transplant. He cannot carry this responsibility alone -- we need the support of our community, family and friends.
We would appreciate any help that can be given in these difficult economic times and rest assured knowing that our dad is in your thoughts and prayers!
We have established a fundraising campaign with NTAF to help reduce this burden through tax-exempt donations for uninsured medically related expenses.
