Emergency Grant Information

The HelpHOPELive Emergency Grant Fund aims to help patients who have exhausted all other resources by providing them with a one-time grant. This fund is intended for patients with a medical crisis where fundraising is impractical.

Social workers or financial coordinators should call HelpHOPELive at 800.642.8399 and speak with a HelpHOPELive Patient Services Coordinator who will help determine a patient’s eligibility for this limited program.
